Research interests

I am a social scientist with an interdisciplinary interest in organization theory, public policy and administration, and health care research. I study dynamics of collaboration and change in sectors of public interest, in contexts characterized by ambiguous or competing pressures. In particular, I focus on three research domains: (i) collaborative governance and public-private collaboration; (ii) ambiguity in and around organizations; (iii) institutional dynamics, novel technologies and professions.
