I am lecturer at Bocconi University.

My profile is quantitative as I hold a PhD in Statistics, but over the years I have always appreciated the fact that it is possible to use statistics as a tool to deal with whichever scientific and social problems. After my doctorate, I obtained a master's degree in public health and worked as an epidemiologist at the ASL of Milan 1. In 2013 I started working at Bocconi University, with a European project on public policies. I have devoted a lot of time to teaching (both at bachelor, master and phd level) that is actually one of my greatest passions.

From 2016 I began to deal with issues related to flexible work arrangements (smart-working), I handled in every part a scientific experiment on this topic.
