Monitoring Democracy is a Department of Political and Social Sciences research project. It aims to analyze political, economic and social trends in Italian society and their evolution over time. Through representative surveys of the Italian population, we document people's attitudes about the most important issues of our time: inequality, the resilience of democracies, wars, artificial intelligence, perceptions about the future and political trends. We analyze these phenomena with statistical tools and provide quantitative insights into how Italians tackle today’s key topics.
