Two ERC Starting Grants for Bocconi Research on Climate Risk and Environmental Markets
Grace Ballor and Matthias Rodemeier have each received an ERC Starting Grant, bringing Bocconi’s total ERC-funded projects to 75. Both projects address climate change from different perspectives: Ballor’s EURISK examines how EU institutions, firms, insurers and courts have managed climate risk since the 1990s, while Rodemeier’s M4E tests how better market design, monitoring, AI and field experiments can make environmental markets more effective and fair.
