GECO studies how urban regeneration is reshaping Milan and its inequalities. Beyond income, it examines access to services, housing, mobility, and citizens’ perceptions of inclusion and opportunity. By combining territorial data with survey evidence, the project analyzes gentrification’s effects and develops tools to support more equitable urban policies.
